Boudewijn Dierick, MD and Country executive auxmoney investments ltd joined auxmoney in 2021 to spearhead it’s funding and ABS efforts. Auxmoney issued it’s inaugural Fortuna consumer loan ABS 2021 publicly in October, the first ever euro-denominated ‘social’ ABS.

Boudewijn joined from BNP Paribas where he was heading the ABS markets team in the Securitised Products Group based out of London with a focus on origination and structuring of Covered bond programmes, ABS, RMBS and related facilities for funding as well as capital relief purposes. The team won various Covered Bond and Securitisation awards from Global Capital, Covered Bond report and IFR over the past years.

Before that, Boudewijn was a director at UBS in the Securitisation team focusing on Northern Europe. Before UBS he worked as Senior Analyst at Moody’s in Paris responsible for rating Covered Bonds, RMBS and ABS transactions in EMEA. Boudewijn started his career as group trainee at ING in Amsterdam before moving to Corporate Banking in Paris. He has a masters degree in Finance from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. Boudewijn structured a wide variety of ABS and RMBS transactions and covered bond programmes in Europe as well as Canada, Singapore, Korea and Australia. He speaks fluent Dutch, English and French.

He was chairman of the European Covered bond Council in 2021-2022 where he also moderated the Rating Agency Approaches Working Group and the ESN and Covid-19 Task Forces.
