Senior Policy Advisor
Anna Bak is a Senior Policy Advisor at PGGM Investments, in the Credit & Insurance Linked Investments (CILI) team and within that she is focussing on regulations and polices on Credit Risk Sharing transactions as well as on ESG.
She is responsible for developing PGGM’s positions on wide variety of topics, such as homogeneity in on-balance-sheet securitisations, EU disclosures for private and bilateral transactions and mitigating the risk of greenwashing in CRS transactions.
Anna joined PGGM in July 2022. Before that she spent 8 years in London, working as an Associate Director, Securitisation Division at The Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME). Earlier in her career she was a transaction lawyer in Amsterdam. Anna holds an LL.M degree from the University of Utrecht (the Netherlands) with specialisation in European Law and a Master of Law degree from the University of Lodz (Poland).
